When General Mills relaunched some of their most treasured cereals with the original recipes fans had been asking for, we created a campaign that transported viewers back to their ideal Saturday-morning-cartoon-viewing, cereal-eating memories. With the return of animated mascots and flashes of 80’s style rec rooms, a trip down memory lane has never tasted so good.

 
 
 

But the fun didn’t stop there. To keep the excitement building, the brand held a socially-distanced Saturday morning cartoon viewing party at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles for fans. The event featured plenty of cartoons, plenty of free cereal, and even a celebrity host (and Saturday morning icon) – Mario Lopez.
